We prioritize clear, transparent communication. You’ll receive biweekly updates on the progress of your ad campaigns and consistent communication through any website development and automation creation. We’re always available for questions or feedback through email, calls, or meetings, whichever works best for you!
What’s my timeline for seeing results?
When it comes to FB/IG ads, you'll start getting qualified leads within days or hours of launch. For automations and website development, we set clear milestones so you know what to expect and when. We'll also start you off with a massive review campaign to all of your previous customers to give you a big boost in Google reviews!
What can I expect during the onboarding process?
Our onboarding process includes 1 onboarding call where we'll talk in depth about goals, set up & link accounts and discuss ad creatives, ad spend and offers. From there, we'll send over an onboarding survey that covers additional business details and anything we missed on the call. Finally, we tailor our strategy to your business and begin execution, keeping you involved and informed every step of the way!
Is ad spend included or separate?
Ad spend is separate from our service fees. We manage and optimize your ad campaigns within your specified budget, and the ad spend goes directly to Facebook/Instagram. We’ll work with you to set a budget that aligns with your goals and ensure the best possible ROI from your ad campaigns.
What happens if I want to cancel?
Though we aim to build long-term partnerships, we understand that business needs can change. If you wish to cancel our services at anytime, we’ll work with you to ensure a smooth transition. And if you're unsatisfied with our work, we will give you a full refund for that month, no questions asked!
